BioBoat Tours 2019

RiSC teams enjoyed trips into the waters of Jamaica Bay aboard the American Princess research vessel with BioBoat educators and teams of high school helpers from EF Academy. Students learned about NYC’s coastal history and geography and participated in hands-on marine science activities like plankton tows, observing and measuring oysters, and examining harbor samples under microscopes.
